2 c crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c chopped pecans
3 c fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
1 large banana, finely chopped
2/3 c sugar
1/2 c butter, softened
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Egg beaters, equal to 2 eggs
2 c cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Place half of the vanilla wafer crumbs in buttered 8x8" glass dish. Combine pecans, cranberries, banana and 2/3 c sugar: mix well. Cream butter and powdered sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and egg beaters; mix well. Layer powdered sugar mixture, cranberry mixture and whipped topping over crumb crush. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
