4 cups shredded cabbage
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sliced celery
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
1 unpeeled Red Delicious apple
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup mayonnaise (lite)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cabbage, celery, apple and raisins in a large bowl. Combine the mayo, sugar, vinegar, horseradish and salt (1/2 t) in a small bowl and whisk until blended. Pour over the cabbage mixture. Stir in the nuts just before serving.
