2 large onions, loosely chopped
1/2 tsp beef bullion
Dijon mustard
Bratwurst buns

Directions:
Grill bratwurst as desired. While grilling, prepare onions as follows: saute onions in small sauce pan with beef bullion, 1 cup water, until dark and soft.

Serve bratwurst hot off the grill, slathered with mustard and sauteed onions.
