1 lb. Polish Kelbasa Sausage
1 lb. Sauerkraut
1 Apple, peeled and diced
1/2 t. Caraway See, crushed
1/4 c. Light Brown Sugar
1/2 c. White Wine
Sliced Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the Kelbasa into 1 inch pieces and brown slightly in a pot big enough to hold everything. Add everything else, stir and cover with a tight fitting lid. Cook for about 20 minutes on med-low. Just let it simmer, don't boil the liquid out.
To serve, dip it up with a slotted spoon and pile high on a plate. Cover each pile with thin sliced Swiss cheese and let it melt.

For a change of pace try this hearty dish. Its especially good on cool evenings when you don't have the urge to cook anything that's time consuming. This is another one pot meal. Serve with Rye toast.
