1 cup flour
1/8 tsp minced garlic
1 egg
dash of celery salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup beer
dash of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat with wire wisk and dip meat in it. Add more flour if necessary so batter will stick to the meat.
