1 3/4 Cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup bananas mashed, about 2 bananas
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Sift together first 5 ingredients. Combine egg, banana and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. Add chopped nuts if desired. Pour into buttered loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool on wire rack. Best if refrigerated before slicing.
