2 jumbo eggs
2 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Graham cracker tin (2 extra servings one)

1 12 oz. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 1 egg, 1 cream cheese, sugar. Than add second egg, second cream cheese, and vanilla. Blend well. Pour into Graham cracker tin (2 extra servings).
Put cheesecake on cookie sheet with short sides, add water 1/4 way up the side of the cookie sheet and place cheesecake in the middle of the water. Bake for 40 min. at 350. Take out and allow it to cool in water bath for 10 min. and then top with the following...
Mix 1 12 oz. sour cream, 3 tbsp. sugar, and 1 tsp. vanilla. Bake for 8 min. at 350.
Cool completely and then refrigerate overnight.
