6 parts chili powder
5 parts paprika
4 1/2 parts cumin
2 parts onion powder
2 1/2 parts garlic powder
2 parts cornstarch
1/8 part cayenne pepper
1 part crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a jar. Either use a tablespoon for each "part" or a teaspoon, depending on how much you want.

Use 2 tablespoons per 1 lb. ground beef.
