1/3 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 cup coconut, finely chopped
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 box powered sugar
12 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate ships
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup peanut butter
2 sticks margarine, melted
1/2 bar of paraffin wax

Chop pecans and coconut in food processor until fine, then mix them in large bowl with graham cracker crumbs, powered sugar, vanilla, peanut butter and melted margarine. Mix well with spatula- then finish mixing until all dry ingredients are moists with bare hands. Roll mix into small bite size balls and place on cookie sheet so sides of balls don't touch. Place in freezer for 4 or more hours (until frozen) Makes 110-125 balls

Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler on low flame until all chips and wax are melted completely. Use closed ended salad pinchers to drop a ball in chocolate, coating it- then quickly place it on wax paper. Only take a few balls out of freezer at one time, keep them frozen. If balls get soft, return to freezer at one time, to keep them froozen. If balls get soft, return to freezer and use only when frozen hard. If entire ball mot coated once on wax paper use salad pincher end to put a drop of hot chocolate on uncovered area. Once all balls are coated, place them in cookie tins. Keep in refrigerator until used.
