Raw Dry Peanuts
with or without skins
Peanut Oil
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Peanut Oil to 350º
Place peanuts in Fry Basket
allow peanuts to move about freely in oil
Fry two (2) minutes and eleven (11) seconds
Remove and spread on paper towels
peanuts will be very hot
and will continue to cook
Sprinkle with salt
Will be crispy when cool
