8 ounces Spaghetti Noodles
1 Raw Egg
5-8 Cloves of garlic, peeled and pressed
4 Tablespoons Butter
1/4 - 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Teaspoon dried sweet basil leaves
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Fresh coarse ground pepper
Red Pepper flakes
Bacon Bits
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in boiling water. Do not overcook.
While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce.
Place egg, garlic, butter, cheese and dried sweet basil in a blender or food processor and blend together until smooth.
When pasta is finished cooking, place in bowl and add garlic-cheese paste and chopped parsley and pepper. Toss well.

you can adjust this recipe to your own personal preference...try adding sautéed onions and mushrooms and stir-fry some green peppers or add shrimp.
