Mississippi Gumbo Cake Recipe

2 Cup white sugar
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa
2 sticks margarine
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 Cup coconut
1 Cup chopped nuts

1 large jar marshmellow cream

1 stick margarine
3 Tlbs. cocoa
6 Tlbs. milk
1# powdered sugar

Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth then stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour into 9x13 cake pan and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread on jar of
marshmellow cream. Allow to cool then frost
