1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (packed)
2/3 Cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 Cup Sour Milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 Cup flour
1 1/2 Cup Rhubarb (chopped fine)
1/2 Cup nuts chopped


Topping
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Tbls.. melted butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the first 8 ingredients until well blended. Fold in gently the chopped Rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 well greased loaf pans. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of each loaf.
Bake 325º for 60-80 minutes or until done
Cool in pan
