1 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp butter
1/2 c milk



1 c brown sugar
1/4 c cocoa


1 3/4 c water
Whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients. Put in 8 X 8 pan. Mix brown sugar and cocoa, and sprinkle on top of cake batter. Pour water over top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Serve while warm with fresh sweetened whipped cream.
