1 lb. stir fry steak strips, cut into pieces
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can diced tomatos, drained
1 cup orka, cut up
Oil to stir fry steak
Salt
Pepper
Any other spices you wish to add

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, saute onions until clear, then add the steak strips. Cook until steak is done. The add tomatos and orka and cook until desired tenderness, about 20 minutes on medium heat. As you go you may need to add a little more oil, but not to much. If you need to a little water or a little of the tomato juice can be used to make a gravy.
