Ingredients:  
1 med. onion (thinly sliced),
2 garlic cloves minced,
1 tbsp. olive oil,
4 cups peeled diced potatoes,
1 tsp. seasoned salt,
1/8 tsp. ground pepper,
1/8 tsp grated lemon rind,
1 c. (4 oz.) cheddar cheese,
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumb,
1 tbsp. melted butter,
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
SAUTE: onion & garlic in hot oil in a large skillet until tender stir in potatoes& the next three ingredients.
SPOON: half of potato mixture into a light greased 1 1/2 qt. round baking dish; sprinkle with half of cheese repeat layers with remaining potato mixture & Cheese.
STIR: mix together bread crumbs, butter, & rosemary and sprinkle over casserole.
BAKE: Covered at 400º for 40 minutes uncover and bake 20 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.
