3/4 c mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 pkg chopped broccoli
5 to 6 c boned chicken
Ritz crackers crumbled or,
bread spread with melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayo and soups. Par-boil broccoli. Spread broccoli in buttered 9 X 13 dish. Spread chicken on top. Pour sauce over chicken. Top with crumbled Ritz crackers, or bread, spread with melted butter. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
