1 lb ground beef - or turkey
1 large onion, chopped
8 oz elbow macaroni
1 qt tomatoes
1 can (12 oz) corn, undrained
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c water
1 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in dutch oven. Drain. Add onions and cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30 to 35 minutes, or until macaroni is tender.

The chili powder gives it some zip. The cheese makes it creamy, and the corn makes it a complete meal. It's yummy, and who could ask for more?
