1 Lb #3 Spaghetti - cooked, drained and set aside
3 Lbs Boiled shrimp, chopped
3 sticks butter
1/2 cup olive oil
2 pk Italian powdered season mix
2 cans rotel (mild)
2 cans diced tomatoes (optional)
2 8oz cans tomato sauce
4 ribs celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 Bunches green onion, chopped and divide in half

In a sauce pan, melt butter, add chopped onion, celery, bell pepper and 1/2 of the chopped green onion.

Saute until wilted. Add olive oil, season mix, Rotel, tomatoes, tomato sauce and simmer about 30 minutes. Add chopped shrimp and simmer for about 15 minutes. Pour over spaghetti, add the other half of green onions. Mix Well.
