4 Bananas
8 oz soft cream cheese
16oz cool whip
8 oz sugar
1 can Lucky Leaf BlueBerries
2 Deep Dish pie shell graham crackers

Frosting (Red Velvet):
1 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
dash of salt
8 tbsp. butter
1/2 c vegetable shortening (Crisco)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell according its directions. Blend cream cheese, cool whip and sugar well. Line slices of bananas on bottom of pie shell and pour cream mixture over bananas. Top with blueberries and set over night.

Frosting (Red Velvet Frosting): Cook milk & flour over heat until thick. Set to cool. Cream salt, butter, shortening, sugar & vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture to cream mixture & beat until fluffy.
Put in refrigerator. Put frosting on pie at least 1 hour before serving.
