1 lb Lean ground beef
1 med onion,chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1-1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
3 cups beef broth
1-1/2 cup Picante sauce
1 can diced tomatoes in juice
1 cup uncooked rotini pasta
1 green pepper, chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese
Tortillo chips

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, brown ground beef with onions and garlic.
Drain off fats.
Sprinkle chili powder and cumin over meat. Cook and stir 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Bring to a boil , stirring frequently . Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally. Laddle into bowls, top with cheese.
