Butter
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes.
2. Slice crosswise so potatoes are held together by a base of uncut potato.
3. Wash thoroughly under cold water and dry with a towel
4. Brush with melted butter and arrange in a greased baking pan
5. Bake at 400° for 1-1 ½ hours
6. Sprinkle with salt towards the end of baking, re-brush with butter during baking.
7. When tender, place under broiler until browned. Serve immediately.
