1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup non fat sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 (oz) non fat cream cheese
1 Tbsp flour
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over 325. Spray 9" pie plate with non-stick spray. Add crumbs and shake the plate to coat the entire surface. Set aside. Combine cream cheese , sugar, flour in mixing bowl. Beat with mixer on medium speed until mixed and creamy. Beat in sour cream, egg whites and vanilla. Pour mixture into crust and bake 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on rack. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Serve with strawberries on top.
