2 small pkg lemon pudding
2 large cool whip
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 pound margarine or butter
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
8 oz cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare lemon pudding as directed on package. Cool. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Set aside. Mix together 1/;2 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 lb margarine, 1 cup flour and 1 cup chopped walnuts. Pat into 9 x 13' pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Mix together 8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip. Spread on cooled crust. Spread pudding on top of that mixture. Top with cool whip and nuts.
