4lb. sirloin tip roast (cooked med. rare,sliced when cool)
1 1/3 cup vegetable oil
cup red wine vinegar
2 TBS chopped parsley
2 tsp tarragon
2 tsp chopped chives
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground papper
1 tsp sugar
tsp ground garlic
2-3 cloves garlic (smashed)
lb. lb mushrooms
2 medium red onions (sliced in rings)

Marinate 24 hours. Serve on hard rolls.
