1 stick margarine 1 clove garlic 1 onion 2 tsp. salad herbs 1 tsp salt 3 T. brown sugar black pepper to taste 3/4 c. tarragon vinegar One 10 to 12 lb. turkey
Saute onion and garlic in margarine, add remaining ingredients and simmer 3 minutes. Place turkey in double foil and pour sauce over. Cover with foil and bake at 350º. Cook 20 minutes per pound in oven. On grill cook 3.5 to 4.5 hours.
