Optional breakfast meat (sausage, bacon, ham,)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut corn tortillas(white or yellow) (2) bite size Chop veggies
Heat oil
Beat eggs(6)
Fry corn tortillas until brown, add veggies and sautee. Add eggs and meat and scramble all together.
You can add cheese on top, or salsa or whatever topping you prefer.
