3/4 c. Jiff Creamy Peanutbutter
1/2 c. butter flavor crisco
1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3 T. milk
1T. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine peanutbutter, crisco, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla. Add egg mixing thoroughly. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda in small bowl. Add to creamed mixture, stirring at low speed until well blended.
Add heaping tsp. of mixture 2in. apart on ungreased baking sheet. With tines of fork flatten mixture in a crisscross pattern. Bake at 375º for 7 to 8 min.
