1/2 c warm water
1 pkg yeast
1 c milk
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c instant mashed potatoes, dry
3 eggs
2 sticks butter
4 1/2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 1 cup milk with 1 stick butter in microwave for 2 minutes (times may vary depending on your microwave). Cool slightly. Mix warm water with yeast and 1 tsp sugar in 1 cup measuring cup. Let rise until it reaches the top of cup. Beat eggs, add sugar, potato flakes, and milk/butter mixture. Add yeast. Mix well and add the flour. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour. Divide dough into thirds. Roll each into circle and spread with remaining stick of melted butter. Cut with pizza cutter into 12 crescent rolls. Roll up. Raise again on cookie sheet until doubled. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes. Cinnamon rolls can be made from this dough also.
