1 or 2 Pkgs. of Perri Sweet Sausage
3 medium potatoes
1 large onion
1 or 2 Tbsp. olive oil
garlic salt
onion powder
Directions:
Directions:
Cut each sausage link into four pieces. Cut potatoes into semi-small chunks. Brown the sausage & onions in olive oil. Place sausage & all ingredients into a baking dish and cover dish with foil. Bake for about an 1-1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are fully cooked.

Serve with Italian bread on the side
