About a half of a bag of egg noodles
8-12 Eggs
Shredded cheddar cheese (sliced if your in a pinch).
Directions:
Directions:
Boil your egg noodles, drain. Return the cooked noodles to the pot. Scramble your eggs in a bowl and then add them to your noodles. Scramble on medium heat. Add the cheese to the mix when the eggs are almost scrambled in the noodles.

*Add an extra kick with some of Patty's hot sauce.
