2 large heads romaine lettuce, or one large package mixed fancy greens (or any combination of the two)
1 c. pomegranate seeds
1 c. pine nuts, toasted
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1-2 avocados, sliced
1-2 bosc or red pears, thinly sliced
sliced red onion, to taste
1 bottle Girard's Champagne salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Combine with all other ingredients and toss with dressing just before serving.

Trader Joe's or other specialty markets sell pomegranate seeds during the holiday season. If they are unavailable substitute craisins or dried cherries.
