1.6 oz lime jello
10 marshmallows
3 oz pkg of cream cheese
1 sm can crushed pineapple, reserve the juice
1/2 c chopped walnut

DRESSING:
2 T flour
3 T sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp butter
Juice from drained pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello. Cut marshmallows in pieces. Add cream cheese in a pint of boiling water. Cool; set in refrigerator until it begins to set. Add the pineapple and walnuts.

DRESSING: Mix all ingredients except butter. Boil juice until it thickens. Add butter. Cool. This is a nice dressing to add to bananas, apples & marshmallows.
