1 Head romaine lettuce or 1 - 12 ounce bag prepared lettuce
1/2 Pound Buffalo Style chicken tenders or strips
1 cob of corn cooked / or 1/2 cup cooked corn from frozen
1/4 cup diced cucumber
1/8 cup red onion
Ranch Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken according to package directions, slice into bite size pieces. Clean and chop lettuce. Cook corn and cool. Toss lettuce, corn, cucumber, red onion, and sliced chicken with Ranch Dressing. Can serve with bread as a main course.
