2 lbs. chuck/round/pot roast
1 onion (yellow, white or red)
2 c. cubed potatoes (we like baby potatoes)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 or 2 c. chopped carrots
1 c. mushrooms
Secret Sauce!
1 packet Lipton Soup Mix Onion Mushroom flavor
1 can cream of mushroom soup

The meaurements are approximate- we just cram all we can fit in the crockpot.

Chop all the veggies. Put the onions on the bottom of the crockpot, and top with the soup and soup mix. Put the meat in next and pile the rest of the vegetables on top. Fill the crockpot with water; make sure the meat is covered and a few veggies are floating on top.

We cook for 8 hours on low; we'll set the timer and then it switches to warm. Dinner's waiting when we get home!
