1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 medium jalapeno pepper; seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon sage
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 cups unseasoned cornbread stuffing mix
1 1/4 cups chicken broth
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet with cooking spray.

Add onion, pecans, jalapeno pepper, sage, rosemary and black pepper; cook 5 minutes.

Combine cornbread stuffing mixture with vgetable mixture and broth in medium bowl; stir in egg.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
