Chili Spaghetti Casserole Recipe

8 oz uncooked spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can vegetarian chili with beans
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350.

Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, place beef, onion, salt and pepper in skillet. Brown beef; drain.

Stir in chili, tomato paste, 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, chili powder and garlic powder.

Add chili mixture to pasta; toss to coat, place in prepared pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
