1 box of German chocolate cake mix
Ingredients called for on cake box directions
Coconut
Chopped pecans
1 lb. powdered sugar
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Line oven with foil because cake may spill over while baking. Preheat oven at 350º. Spray non-stick cooking spray in 9x13" pan. Cover bottom of pan with coconut. Sprinkle pecans over coconut. Mix German chocolate cake mix according to box directions and then pour over nuts.

In a mixer, combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, and butter. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over cake mix. Bake for 1 hour. Do not frost the cake.
