Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe

2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
4 beaten eggs
1 16oz. can pumpkin
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 3oz. pkg cream cheese
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups sifted powdered sugar

Sift dry ingredients. Combine beaten eggs, pumpkin, sugar, oil and beat. Add dry ingredients. Beat till well mixed. Spread in ungreased 15x10' pan. Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla till light and fluffy. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating till smooth. Spread over cooled pumpkin bars. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.
