1/2 cup shortening or margarine
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour, sifted
1/2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening (margarine), honey, and sugar together till light and fluffy. Add well-beaten egg. Add peanut butter and salt. Stir in flour and soda sifted together and mix well. Form into small balls. Place upon greased baking sheet. Press with fork dipped in white sugar. Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes.
