Crust:
1 (3oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
1 cup flour

Filling:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 chopped pecans
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Crust-Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar. Then gradually add flour. Roll into one inch balls and place mini muffin tins. Press the dough against the edges to form a crust. Filling-Blend softened butter, sugar and vanilla together, then add egg and pecans. Put approx. 1-1 1/2 tsp over crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Makes 24.
*You might as well double the recipe; they will be gone in no time!!!
