1 lb. Italian sausage-cooked and drained
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water

Mix cheese with Bisquick. Gradually add the crumbled sausage. Add 3/4 c. water and STIR LIKE CRAZY! Roll mixture into 1" diameter balls. Bake @ 375º for 10-12 minutes.

To reduce fat use ground turkey and add Italian seasonings while cooking. Use large bowl to stir ingredients. Bake all balls, cool then freeze then in ziploc bags. Heat for 1-2 minutes in the microwave for a fast breakfast.
