2 8 oz pkgs cumbled blue cheese
1/2 c red onion
2 cloved pressed garlic
1/3 c olive oil
2 tbsp Balsalmic vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 c fresh parsley
ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix olive oil and garlic
Place cheese onto a serving platter
Drizzle olive oil mixture over cheese
Mix remaining ingredients together
Stir into cheese mixture
Sprinkle with black pepper
Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving
