Crust:
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 stick margarine
1 1/2 c flour




Filling:
1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla


Glaze:
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 c sugar
1 c pineapple juice(add water for 1 cup)
1 tsp lemon juice



Fruit:

strawberries, pineapple, kiwi fruit, bananas, and blueberries

Cut margarine into powdered sugar and work in flour. Pat into greased round pizza pan. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 300. Combine and spread filling mixture over cooled crust. Arrange fruit over filling, working toward center. Strawberries around outside edge, then pineapple, kiwi, bananas, and blueberries in center. Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add pineapple juice and lemon juice. Cook on medium heat until thickened. Cool. Pour over fruit and chill.
