6 slices Bacon, cooked crispy
1 onion
1 can diced tomatoes
1-2 cans of water
1 cup cooked rice

Directions:
Brown bacon in bottom of pan or use Hormel bacon real bacon bits. Add water and 1 can diced tomatoes. Add diced onion. Cook over medium heat until onions are tender. Add 1 cup cooked rice.
