1 can (8 oz.) sliced peaches, drained and diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup Minute Rice
1 package Jello-O Vanilla Pudding
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk slightly beaten
1 egg white
1 tbs sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches and add water to juice to make 1 cup. Combine juice with salt and rice, simmer for 5 minutes. Add pudding mix, milk, egg yolk. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Add vanilla,
