3 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup snowdrift
flavor to taste (I use vanilla and almond extract)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Make a hole is a pan of plain flour large enough to hold the ingredients. Work or knead as making biscuits with hands. Work until stiff enough to roll out and cut with a cookie cutter. Makes a dish pan full.

This recipe was given to me by Aunt Elva. She was my maternal grandfather's maternal aunt. They are really good! This is an old recipe she gave me in the mid 60's.
