Ingredients:  
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup flour
2 TBS sugar
1 stick softened butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 container (12 oz) of cool whip
2 pkg chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Bake until light brown at 450 for 10-12 minutes. Mix cream cheese and cool whip. Add pudding mixture. Spread over crust. Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
