1 whole chicken 2 pkg Mahama yellow seasoned rice 2 chicken bullion cubes 1 bell pepper, sliced thinly 1 onion, chopped 1 can Rotel tomatoes with juice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Boil and debone chicken. Prepare yellow rice as directed on box adding two bullion cubes to water. Cut up bell pepper and onion. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Spread into 13x9 inch pan. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
