Butter
4 Thick cut pork chops
Candied Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Wash pork and coat with brown sugar completely. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 35 - 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. In a separate sauce pan melt a ½ cube or better of butter and mix in a cup of brown sugar. When pork chops are done place on plates and pour the hot brown sugar over the top. Put the candied walnuts over the pork. I usually serve the pork with Hot Apples and Garlic Mashed potatoes.
